2017 –Anna’s Wish - A piano

Wish kid and cancer survivor Anna, received her wish for a baby grand piano.

Mark King was there for her wish reveal when Anna received her beautiful new piano. No one expected what happened next. As Dr. King played “Colors of the Wind” from Disney’s Pocahontas, Anna started to sing along. The moment was completely unrehearsed and there wasn’t a dry eye as the two bonded over their love of music. “It was an amazing moment” said Anna, “I wished for a baby grand piano because playing it helps me work through my treatment, and sometimes I even sleep right beside it. It just helps me feel better.”

During treatments, Isaiah used his phone to produce digital songs. His wish helped take composing to a whole new level. He was surprised with new equipment to produce electronic music including a computer, digital music software, sound system, and furniture.

Isaiah debuted some of his own original music at Christine’s Christmas Concert to the delight of the cheering audience.
